Celebrity News | Lindsay Lohan Attorney Accused of 'plagiarism' by Pitbull Advocate. An attorney for Pitbull has accused Lindsay Lohan's attorney of plagiarising legal briefs, it's been reported. Lohan filed a suit against Pitbull once the rapper used her name in a very song, claiming that the name-drop mirrored her in an unflattering light-weight, and demanding compensation for the utilization of her name.

The line in question is from Pitbull's collaboration with Ne-Yo on 'Give Me Everything', during which he raps: "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." Pittbull's attorney Marcos Daniel Jimenez is currently accusing Lohan's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia of stealing her legal briefings from on-line sources, reports E!.

In a court document Jimenez maintained that: "[Ovadia's court filing] largely consists of plagiarised excerpts of articles found on numerous websites while not explaining their relevance to the facts and problems during this case. "The opposition fails to meaningfully address the arguments raised in [Jimenez's motion to dismiss]... and divulges a scarcity of freelance analysis."

Jimenez has gone on to produce side-by-side samples of Ovadia's filing and articles from publications like the l.  a.   Times. Pitbull, who recently announced he are going to be providing music for the boys In Black three soundtrack, maintains his innocence within the case. Lohan is currently managing alternative legal troubles, because the victim in her alleged hit and run case has advanced demanding $100,000 in damages.
