Schlenger's how-to: begin by backcombing the crown space. Secure a ponytail at the middle back of the top, leaving out the front hairline. Ball up the tail bringing it towards the bottom. Set the bun with pins, letting loose ends fall out. Any long items are often wrapped round the bun and secured with pins. Loosely brush the curly hairline back together with your fingers leaving height and volume. Spray with hairspray to carry and secure longer hair with French pins.
